Excellent embracing finale of the Death Note manga series! There have been many different endings and stories that have told of the Death Note through time, but this, is the originally written and intended finish, and I must say, it hit me good. It was sad, dark, suspenseful, clever, and just a tiny bit hopeful. I think lots of fans of Death Note liked the anime show’s ending the best; I actually watched the anime show before reading the manga series, and enjoyed comparing endings together. A thrilling finish, to an equally thrilling manga series!
  • THE ENDING IS SO GOOD! A little bad though.

I was screaming and crying into my pillow because of the ending that was a straight up masterpiece! (I mostly cried cause of Light’s most emotional scene)

A lot of people who say the ending is bad are rooting for light... this is like a history lesson if it happens you just accept it (I know I sound like Ryuk)

Just a cheap, cop out ending. Ruined the entire series. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
