    With the beginning prose early in the book, I contemplated suggesting this crime novel for book club; however, incorrect usage of words changed my mind. Was there no editing/proofreading? The plot and chase for truth were well developed.

    The plot and characters held the reader’s interest but every scene was drowning in simile and metaphor. It became tedious to read. It is okay for a character to walk down a hall or type without enhancing language.

    A beautiful written book, written with a good style and evocative language. The numerous typographic errors call for a better editor.

    The his book held my interest. It's a good murder mystery full of suspense. I cared about the characters. It has No Gratuitous sex (I hate when sex is thrown in just to make the book longer.

    This book has too many mistakes and typos which distract from the story. Seems like at the very least the name could be consistent. It’s usually Carly, but sometimes it’s Cary.
