Admiral McRaven did an outstanding job with this book! the chapter are easy to consume and capped with tangible leadership philosophy, applicable to any industry.

Clear, concise, easy to read. Everything was broken down well and I was able to relate a little better than other leadership books. I’ll definitely be rereading this book many times, showing highlighted areas to my kids, and getting more books from the Admiral.
