Hung up on the hacker is a good read! Kait has a true talent in creating lovable characters. Hung up on the Hacker is a whirlwind romance centered around telling big brother that his best friend has fallen for his baby sister. In true Kait Nolan flare, she works in a real world current hot topic opinion on abortion in a big way. Take or leave the opinion, but the story is good.

I liked the interaction between the characters, but the story felt a little bit like it was being couched as a political advertisement for pro-choice abortion rights. I mean, why did she know or care about abortion laws in Tennessee when she was just there for the week anyway? There were a few passages like that which felt out of place as a lot of it didn’t further the storyline between the characters. When the opinion seems part of the the character’s story and in as much as it deals with that character’s issue I don’t have an issue, but it felt as though I was being told how I should feel about the subject, whether or not I had my own opinion. Maybe that’s not the best description. But other than that I loved the characters and the rest of the story.

Hung up with a hacker
I have been looking forward to this story since Cash and Hadley made there appearances in earlier books. They were a cute couple and there were lots of funny scenes at the family dinners. I enjoyed the book except I could of preferred not to have the political/abortion Rights weaved into the story.

Hung Up on the Hacker is short romantic emotional story. Holt, Cash and Hadley grew up together and Holt Is overly protective of his sister Hadley. Cash decides he can’t keep it a secret from Holt that he is seeing Hadley and travels to see Holt and Hadley follows Cash to tell Holt together. This story has a few twists and the characters from the Bad Boy Bakers series are interwoven through the story that keeps the story interesting.

Swoon-Worthy Guys Do Exist

Hadley Steele and Cash Grantham grew up together. She was a wild child with a crush on her older brother’s best friend. But Cash didn’t crush on Hadley growing up. He looked out for her and bailed her out of an array of youthful indiscretions, like her brother, Holt. After years away in Special Forces Army Intelligence, and running his own cybersecurity business, Cash shows up in her Tattoo shop one day and is swept off his feet with the woman she’s become. No surprise, they decide to keep their attraction a secret from her brother. This sets the scene for the story to unfold. And it’s a great romance with a swoon-worthy hero. Cash had told her that she had every right to make her own choices, and he proved that he meant it when he was willing to stand up to his best friend to shield Hadley if her brother didn’t approve of her choice. Bro-Code is often so strong that women are simply brushed aside when a side is taken. Although I wasn’t pining away, waiting for Cash and Hadley’s story — I’m glad we got one. But Rebecca and Grey’s story? Now there’s one that’s been sizzling with chemistry since she 1st mentioned him in “Stirred Ip By a SEAL”. That one I AM pining away for! As always — no need to read these stand-alones in order - but lots of fun!!! Nice going Kait!.

Hadley and Cash’s story will give you all the feels. It’s a great follow up to the original trilogy to tie all the loose-ends from Cash’s side story. A cute will they/won’t (tell Holt about their relationship) that has some road blocks and interesting twists. This book can definitely be read as a stand-alone and has a HEA. 2 Thumbs up!!!.

I was so excited to finally meet Cash, after him being the man behind the phone calls and doing amazing hacking work for the bad boy bakers. He didn’t disappoint! I loved the connection between him and Hadley, how they’re drawn to each other. And, as always, I love all the side characters that persist from book to book. The world Kait has built is such a lovely one! I want to live there and meet all of these awesome people!.

I love this new addition to the Bad Boy Bakers series, one I hoped for but wasn't expecting. After all, Cash isn't a baker, he's a hacker, although he is Holt's oldest friend. But his name has popped up in the earlier books, as he's helped all three guys throughout the series. He's paired with Hadley, Holt's little sister, and this is one of my very favorite tropes in romance. Cash and Hadley have been friendly for years, but only recently has that changed to more romantic feelings. I love that they were friends from way back, even as Hadley crushed on him. And I give Cash props for wanting to discuss their feelings with Holt, but maybe asking for a "pause" wasn't the right way to go...lol. Hadley is a strong-willed young woman, so maybe a talk together might have been better. But Cash's heart was in the right place! While shorter than previous stories, it was full of love, fun and sexiness. This couple was one of my favorites from the Kait Nolan world, for sure! For those new to the author or the series itself, Hung Up on the Hacket can be read as a stand-alone, but I encourage readers to binge the whole series...you will love it.

Cash and Hadley have endured a lot and when they get together, the chemistry is explosive. Their understanding of each other and the willingness to put themselves out was poignant and heart warming. I laughed and I cried with all of them. It is great to see some of the other characters from other books too. Do read this one, you’d love it.
