The lives of several in their young lives have had to deal with crime and abuse and then find love.

The only review on this book that wasn’t jibberish must have been to another book because this was the story of Allison and Dean. The entire thing was DARK and miserable. Only read it if you’re ok with sexual assault, and self harm being in stories. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time and wouldn’t recommend this mess to anyone.

This book sucked me in and wrecked my emotions. Julia is a lonely widow fighting to move on. Mason is a charming former playboy who has his sights set on Julia. They are instantly drawn to each other. However, there is a secret between them that could ruin what they have found in each other. This book was amazing and angsty. I was glued to my screen and on the edge of my seat.
