The characters were fantastic and the story was interesting and beautiful. This was a long distance romance at it’s best.

Saving My Soul is a total stand-alone but set in the world that Ms. Azzi created with the Regretful Lies duet.   This is the amazing story of Harlow and Connor.  Readers got to read a bit of their tumultuous beginning in Twisted Truths, but don't let that discourage you from reading this! It was so worth it and the relationship that Harlow and Connor have is a testimony to the writing skill of Ms. Azzi. Harlow and Connor are from two different worlds, two totally different upbringings, but together the sparks fly and they feed each other's souls. It was heartbreaking to see them stand in their own way to what could be happiness. Ms. Azzi was able to write each POV with passion and such clarity that you could feel the heartbreak and the love that both of the main characters had for each other! I have yet to read a story by Gina Azzi that I haven't fallen in love with and this story is no exception! It was lovely to see past characters make appearances and it was seamlessly woven in the main story of Harlow and Connor. I cannot wait to read the next story set in this world!! Bring me Charlie and Evan!

Saving My Soul by Gina Azzi is my first read by this author but definitely not my last. It was an emotional second chance romance I devoured. Harlow and Connor were friends with benefits but when Harlow wanted more, Connor ended it. Now years later Harlow ‘s life is shattered and now Connor is back by her side. But can she trust her heart to him again? Though they seem to come from different backgrounds, their connection and chemistry is undeniable. I was captivated with watching them reconnect and fight for their second chance. I truly enjoyed this one and highly recommend it. Happy reading!
