Great book. Utilized a lot of the beginning chapters and parts in my everyday life. The last few chapters, in my opinion, where kinda of pointless/unnecessary.

Such a great book for those who begin to learn to communicate effectively. Highly recommend. This book offers part 6 - how to communicate effectively with your spouse. Most other editions don’t have this parts.

I just re-read this book. First time I read it was on my 20, now am on my 40’s.

Some of the examples need updating but it still should be a cornerstone in a sales library.

I definitely appreciated the style of how examples were expressed in this book, I felt not only was I being told of a practice I should bring into my life but was shown also through the examples given. I recommend to anyone enjoy💙

I loved every moment of this book! This version is the best because it's the original. The new revised version excludes the last two chapters about marriage and writing letters (probably too old school, but it's good and authentic, which is the best thing about this book!)
