Very moving and different. I loved how the story went back and forth.

Excellent even if I don’t believe in reincarnation.

This was a quick and captivating read. Even though I wanted to keep reading to know what happened it reads like a hound adult novel with very little depth.

I found the characters flat, one dimensional, and the plot predictable. Kind of corny even. I was disappointed that this was an Oprah’s Book Club selection. I expected better.

What a beautiful story. I read it in one and a half days. This book and it’s characters will stay with me for a very long time.

That moment is baked into your bones. It will be with you every moment of every day of your life. It has made you who you are and you will learn to live with it. Any loss can be applied to this. It is the acceptance that allows us to heal.

Such an incredible touching realistic story told from multiple viewpoints but with a young boy as the main character. I recommend it for anyone whether you’re 12 or 62.
