Description

Lizzy Hamilton wants to skip Christmas this year. Working as a nurse while holding her marriage to an Army Ranger together has drained her energy and joy. She's a pro at caring for others, but she needs someone to look out for her, too. However, when her soon-to-be ex-husband, Mitch, asks if she'll spend the holidays with him—just as friends—so he won't be alone, she can't say no because, other than his platoon, she's the only family he has.

Staff Sergeant Mitchell Hamilton wants only one Christmas gift—his wife. Frequent deployments and training exercises sent him away from home, and he had no idea how taken for granted Lizzy felt until she asked him for a divorce two months ago. Now his mission is to show his wife he'll do anything to save their marriage. He only hopes his plan to win her back with a holiday vacation to Indigo Bay, a coastal resort town, works. He can't—won't—lose Lizzy forever.

This is a short, sweet holiday romance set in the Indigo Bay world and can be read as a standalone.

Book 1: Jenny (Jenny and Dare)
Book 2: Sweet Holiday Wishes (Lizzy and Mitch)

Let’s accompany US Army Staff Sergeant Mitchell Hamilton and his wife of three years, Lizzie on a holiday trip to the coastal resort of Indigo Bay. Sounds romantic.....but it is not. It is a ploy for Mitch to win back his wife and talk her into forgetting about the divorce papers she filed. Mitch loves Lizzy but has put his career before her for three years. Now he is going to prove he still loves her and wants to stay married to her. But will it work? Lizzy has always wanted to go to Indigo Bay. She will go but only as a friend. Mitch is going to have to work hard to convince her that he loves her and does not want a divorce. Will he be able to get her to give him a second chance. Sweet Holiday Wishes is so well written with strong, well defined, relatable, realistic characters. The story mixes disappointment, fear to love, family trials with determination, friendship and love. A great holiday read!!
