Great book and storyline. There were some errors in spelling and grammar. Starts slow and gradually gets better.

I’m honestly not a reader, but this book was absolutely amazing!!! Honestly the best book I’ve read in a long time!!!

The flow of the book was excellent. I was surprised to look down an find only 30 pages left. I could relate in a small way to this story because my young dating life also started out with a crazy, alcoholic lunatic with a violent bent. I’m so happy to have escaped and thrilled that Julie did too. God watches over the righteous and answers their cries for help!

I loved the story line and the twist at the end. It wasn’t your typical romance novel and I can’t wait to read the next one.

This book was an easy to understand, yet captivating. The way that the sweet author uses imagery is gold, the descriptive words paint the most realistic picture of what is going on. And as someone just getting out of a similar situation to Julie in a controlling relationship, this book is a reminder that there is light on the other side. You’ll want to read this one!
