This was a gorgeously written novel about how the people who love us, and those we love can cause pain, heal, fulfill, blind, build up, tear down, change us for the better and worse. It illustrates how life is confounding and hard, but so worth it, and that we can only hope its lessons are learned before it is too late. I loved it.

Loved this book so much. The sisters and William were real and spoke to me to be better myself.

Picked this book as it was a book club choice, finished it because it was moving. The characters and story start to pull you in at the beginning and all the way to the end.
