Great book

Definitely a book that can be used to cleanse our hearts from worldliness, along with God's Word. Loved it, recommended for all trying to grow spiritually.

Thank you for this amazing book of truth. Each chapter touching on yet another important area all of us should examine and detox in frequently. My husband and I were asked to join a new couples small group this season and their study was this "Soul Detox". Boy, were we ever in need! Just finishing up this week. I feel stronger in my vision to what God is asking of me and for my entire family. If I was to have walked away after the first session, I still would have gained so much from the confirmation of hearing what toxic words verses words of affirmation truly do to one. I am so thankful for this study. Each chapter allows for growth in your own personal life - if being led. I know God will continue to help me grow in the areas I am feeling more convicted in. We certainly live in a contaminated world, but through detoxing spiritually, we can all make a difference. Truth or trash? Thank you Craig Groeschel.

its an ok book not the best i ever read takes a few chapters to get good but its ok

I absolutely loved this book. Great way of searching many areas of your spiritual life that you may not realize needs searching. Highly recommended.
