Truly an exceptional method to help with stress management, a key element that helps define emotional intelligence.
  • Very misleading Title

I think he want to use the buzzword “anxiety” so that people get curious enough to pick up the book just to be disappointed. You’ll be better off sticking with Atomic habit which is a better version of this book.
  • Excellent resource to help kick anxiety!

I have struggled with a diagnosis of Generalized Anxiety Disorder for years. I have gone to therapy, read tons of books...anything that could possibly help. This book is almost magical and far surpassed by expectations. It helped me in new and far more effective ways then any other book. Do yourself a favor and read it now, I’m about to read it again!
  • So good and yet frustrating

There is so much in this book that is meaningful and “thinking inside the box” that should change emotional health care. It would be helpful to include at the back a definition page review for acronyms. Also include a outline worksheet, minus all of the credits, names, etc, to use in ongoing rehabilitation. For someone already in a mentality confused state, this book was somewhat frustrating.
