This book contains the fundamental information for REI and should be one of you first books that you need to read.

I just finished the book and it gave me the confidence I needed to go chase my dream. As it so happens, I have a coworker who found out about my interest after we talked about this book and he also does a little bit of investment. Thanks to this book, I am currently able to start analyzing and preparing for my first purchase!

Brandon Turner is very knowledgeable and engaging author that inspires confidence in his readers. Thankful to have stumbled upon his work and Bigger Pockets. Please anyone interested in real estate should turn to one of his books or make an account on Bigger Pockets. Both are great ways to learn! The recommended books at the end of this one are great too!

Be a sponge! Take it all in! These guys know what they’re talking about! Love what they have done and love what they are doing! Great read!

As a very new investor in Real Estate, this book has provided so much quality information and so many options. It can definitely feel like a lot of information, however; the knowledge provided in this book by the incredible authors has allowed me to pinpoint exactly what needs to be done by identifying my MINS, and of course, taking action. Definitely recommend!
