This is the first book I’ve read by this author and it kept me reading until I finished it! “L” and his companion were written for each other! The storyline kept you reading and wanting to get to the end! Great writing and a great story! Keep them coming!!

Not sure if I like this one as yet. Make lead seems pretty arrogant and is a ladies man. Female lead seems strong, but their is a fragility to her. I hope he doesn’t break that…

Well I just finished book 1. I can’t wait to read the rest of this story. Kudos to Amy Brent

I loved this book so much

From the beginning L and Charlene have an intense connection. First book ended right as we were about to dive into their story. I want to know what happens next

Ellison and Michael Jeffries own and develop world class resorts. Michael was supposed to handle the investors meeting in Finland. But a broken leg has prevented him from going. So his brother Ellison, (L) is going to have to go in his place. Michael suggests he takes Charlene Simpson, a person who has worked her way up the ladder within the company. L assigns her the new investors to convince to support the new resort in the Bahamas. She. Brings everyone of the new investors on board. They go to a bar for a celebration drink and the Finnish national drink of celebration is too strong for her to handle. L walks her back to her hotel room, and she kisses him. L reminds her of the no dating policy. But really wants to take this further.

A man unable to think right around the women he wants but can’t have....because of his own rules. A women feeling under appreciated in the workplace. Breaking the rules have never been more fun. Love the story. Hope the rest is just as good.

It got soo good! I have to read more!

I love the humor in this story. It is captivating and steamy and makes you laugh at the same time
