This was one of the best books that I’ve read in a really long time, and I read a lot!! I cannot wait to read “Sorry Not Sorry”. But alas, I must get ready for work now!! Thank you , Sophie for writing such a great story!

The story was funny and interesting. So much was happening with the characters and the author makes it all work out. I felt like I was reading part of my own life story with a cheater and a liar. Glad everything worked well for everyone.

Really well written and I loved the story line. Would love a sequel to it but I know that sometimes the mystery of what happens next is the best part. I have withdrawals from finishing it.
  • Unorthodox but good

It was slow to get to the new romance but i think that is part of why I liked it so much. It was raw. It was real. Maybe a bit quick to end finally but there were so many moments that were storytelling gold that it wasn’t even really about the romance.
  • Lovely book! Nice to meet characters who have depth, flaws, and backbone.

I really love books with mature characters… ones who are flawed but persevere and just get on with life no matter how messy. The author does a great job of putting you in the protagonist’s shoes allowing you to feel all the hopelessness, as well as the hopefulness. Really a well turned out book. Enjoyed it immensely.

I love this author ! Every book I have read by her has been a five star read for me. This one was a more serious book, not a lot of humor, so if you are looking for laughs you won’t find it here. Just a very believable and well told story. So many wonderful characters in this book too with stories of their own. No overly descriptive sex or foul language either. Awesome read Ms. Ranald !

Too many sexist tropes. I couldn’t finish it.

It wasn’t what I expected, but it was very good. A page out of real life’s moments. The characters were real, I found myself being in the story, relating to all of them, as the story unfolded. I highly recommend this book.

I love Sophie Ranald’s books. They involve the ups and downs for life and the vital support for and from other women that’s allows for women to grow into their best selfs. I love how the that is the primary focus and the main character falling in love is the last piece of the puzzle. I always finish her books proud of the main female character. All her books are worth reading and in order!!
