I totally read this in Gabrielle’s voice, in my head 😌 Great stories, which I’m sure all were not easy for her to share, but she did. Loved every moment of it. Can’t wait to read the next!

Gabrielle is so down-to-earth! She tells her real life stories that are funny, serious, sad at times and triumphant without sugar coating it. Also gives a real prospective in what black Americans are still enduring in this day and age. Helped me understand this reality I wouldn’t have ever known. Highly recommend this book
