Every book in this series has the potential to be very good... however the story arc falls apart, especially in the last 100 pages as it ends with a thud. The author tries to go for a cliffhanger but ends up making the ending drag on forever and pointlessly. Books 2 and 3 end with the EXACT same ending which is never good - Characters and story exactly the same. Additionally, The female characters are built up well initially but as soon as they find their man, they suddenly become someone different. Same is true with the men. I am finding myself skimming the endings as it is predictable and lacking in excitement. I would not recommend the series without some serious editing. So much potential though!
