Definitely captured a seriously good topic here and didn't stray off the tracks one bit. The author really hit hard here when they covered this and the summary doesn't hold no punches. A real powerful piece of material.

Another InstaRead summary which was very well written. It is a great summary of "The Power of Habit". I actually have so many habits that I don't want to have and this book honestly taught me about how powerful a habit could be and this has influenced how I go about my day and trying to avoid my bad habits such as chewing my nails, etc.

InstaRead has done it again! Another great summary to a fantastic book. These are definitely well worth the money spent to get a quick inside look to books you might or might not want to spend the money on.

I am starting to enjoy reading these types of books since they are informative and also interesting at the same time. With its detailed information about the book, it is quite nice to see what the book is about. I highly recommend this author a shot.
