I thought that this book was helpful in explaining HSPs and helping me feel more confident about myself as an HSP. I do believe the author makes poor distinct between HSP traits and neurotic traits. As someone with both, I feel that the author was labeling traits that are truly neurotic as being a HSP trait when that wasn’t quite true. Overall it was good.
This book walked me home

Being lead to this book was the most divinely guided affirmation I needed to go from alienation to liberation

After watching the documentary on Amazon prime “Sensitive - an untold story” I decided to check out the book. Life changing. Never felt like I understood myself but this book gave me the assurance I needed to start living my own life, free of others expectations, yet still heavily invested in those around me. We need more people (men specifically) to read this book. A+!

No Substance

This is quite possibly the most awfully written book in history. I cannot believe it was published. There’s no substance. It’s just a woman talking, literally, stream of consciousness. Nothing makes sense. The book should be in crayon.
