Description

Sensational New York Times bestselling author Molly McAdams breaks bounds with this emotionally wrenching, heartbreakingly real New Adult novel of love, passion, guilt, honor, and infidelity.

Twenty-three year old Kamryn Cunningham has left behind a privileged, turbulent past for the anonymity of small-town life. Busy with her new bakery, she isn’t interested in hook-ups or fix-ups. Then she meets the very sexy, very married Brody. Though she can’t deny the pull between them, Kamryn isn’t a cheater and she’s not good at sharing.

Twenty-six year old Brody Saco may be married, but he isn’t happy. When his girlfriend got pregnant six years ago, he did the right thing . . . and he’s been paying for it ever since. Now, his marriage is nothing but a trap filled with hate, manipulation, and blame—the remnants of a tragedy that happened five years earlier. While he’s never broken his vows, he can’t stop the flood of emotion that meeting Kamryn unlocks.

Brought together by an intense heat that is impossible to resist, Brody and Kamryn share stolen moments and nights that end too soon. But is their love strong enough to bear the weight of Kamryn’s guilt? And is Brody strong enough to confront the pain of the past and finally break free of his conniving wife?

Star-crossed lovers, Love triangle, conniving wife and infidelity. Well, that makes it sound really bad! LOL Rest assured that if anyone can pull these topics off without you totally losing your mind, it is Molly McAdams. This book can be read as a stand-alone and does not have a cliffhanger. I went into this one blind without reading the blurb .... just signed up to review. I really enjoyed this quick read. It was not super heavy, I liked the characters (most of them... the ones i was supposed to) and liked the story. Afterwards I read the blurb to get a feel for what others may think. I know there are those who cannot stomach cheating in a book, but with reading this one, I could not see it as really cheating.... At least not in a normal circumstance. Even though it drives me mad and I can’t deal with the angst – it is my guilty pleasure and I just can’t help myself to read them and get totally wrapped up in the drama they cause. Cheating… another one of those no no topics, BUT, AGAIN, Molly made it work. Once you read and are in the middle of everything that brings them to that point, I don’t think you will be minding that much anymore. As many that have read a Molly McAdams book already, they are probably worried about their hearts being RIPPED out of their chests and take stock out on tissues since you expect the whole ugly cry, but this is not one of those books. While I did read the Sharing You Prequel “Sharing Firsts” that was in the Fifty First Times sequel – and you get to meet the majority of the characters in this series briefly, I did not read Capturing Peace yet, as I did not realize that it was a prequel novella to Sharing You, however I understand that we met the male main character Brody in that Novella – as he was one of the characters in the story, but it is not necessary to read Capturing Peace or Sharing First before reading Sharing You. I was not lost at all – so I think you can start with either book first. I really enjoyed this book even though it did have cheating, I totally did not feel bad about it – and I don’t think you would either! There is so much more to the story than cheating, so don’t worry. The chemistry and connection between Brody and KC and you will want them together too. This is a well-written book and you will sympathize with the characters and will be hoping that everyone gets their happily ever after – well except one particular woman….. I can’t wait to read more about these characters, now I have to go back and read Capturing Peace! So, if you love a good angsty book with a love triangle, this book is for you and you should definitely pick it up!

Through the glimpses of Brody’s life that we got in Molly’s Capturing Peace, I just knew that Sharing You was going to be one emotional read. I was not disappointed. It’s really hard to put into words everything that I felt when I was reading it. Brody is married to crazy, AKA Olivia, who blames him for everything that has gone wrong in their marriage since they were hit with the worst tragedy you can imagine. Brody is just existing day-to-day and trying to make up for his feelings of guilt. Then he meets Kamryn. Kamryn is running from a life mapped out for her by her parents and boyfriend. She settles into small-town life in Jeston, Oregon. When she meets Brody at a party, she is undeniably attracted to him. While they do their best to stay away from each other, before long they are unable to resist the draw. Sharing you had my emotions all over the place¬– crying, laughing, heartache. I don’t know how Molly does it, but she gets me every time with her books. Sharing You ranks at the top of my list of 2014 must reads and I definitely recommend you add it to your reading list!

I have loved all of Molly McAdams books and this one didn't disappoint. The characters and the love triangle were great. You can't help but love Kameryn and Brody even though the circumstances aren't ideal. Tank you for telling such beautiful stories!

I really struggled through this book. As much as I understood the characters' point of view, I just felt it was wrong. And I felt annoyed. And regardless and the characters ended up....Brody was a cheater and KC was the woman he cheated with. I'd say this is my least favorite book by this author.

this was a great book, while I agree with Ms. McAdams about cheating this wasn't about cheating but about choosing to live with the one person you can't live without. There are exceptions in life and this book touched upon one of them. Molly I will continue to read your books they are wonderful!

Yuck! Colby is a wimp and Kamryn is an idiot! Two characters I found very hard to like!
