Throughout the story I felt like there were references to other authors and stories. And lo and behold the epilogue confirms my feelings. Very well written, would recommend to anyone and I’ll be looking for more The Hollows seems to be a recurring reference in these stories, perhaps that’s why I kept thinking of Steven King throughout— The Shining was one, I think Christine was another

I picked this book as I was sitting on a plane as just something to read during the flight. It immediately captured me and I couldn’t put it down!
