I like Sanford,s books but this was too drawn out.

I don’t agree with others who wouldn’t give this book five stars….this is one of his best and I’ve red them all over the years. So many anxious moments as the plot unfolds and turns corners. Keep up the great story telling my young man…

Amazing book! A real page turner. Sanford’s best.

As a reader of every one of the Lucas And Virgil (and Kidd) novels, I hold Letty to a very high standard. I was very pleasantly surprised that I loved the first Letty novel and this one somehow continues to uphold the standard.

Same ol same ol. Some entity against the government, big shootout, the end. Skip this one if you’re a Sandford fan.

Drags out a short story. First Sanford book I didn’t like, and I’ve ready nearly all of them.

Did John Sandford really write this? I’ve read at least 3 dozen of his other books and they’ve all been outstanding, but this one was stupid, had poor character development, and an idiotic plot line. I guess no one is perfect…

Love Letty and the skills taught her by Lucas. Great story line and always believable. Loved it.
