Dr. Eleanor's Book of Ants was such an eye-opener for me. Who knew all this action and drama takes place so close by! Dr. Eleanor's style is inviting and chatty, and every page has surprises and details about how ants are taking care of business for us. I love knowing that some ants work just to "keep life peachy for the queen". My favorite ant is the acrobat ant because they have cheery bottoms. My grandson is going to love this book.

This is a GREAT book!!! My daughter heard about it at school and downloaded it and has been telling our whole family all about the "odorous house ant" that ironically invaded our kitchen last week. She was so excited about the book that I read it, too, and am impressed. We need more books like this for our young explorers! Love the photos and videos.
