Good imagery. A bit too much at times, never the less a good setup for excellent ending!

Very well written. This book was inspirational to the director of the movie Jacob's Ladder. There is a also an award winning French short film of the same name which I hope to find and watch.

Great book for high school students. Recommend for all kids 14+. Story is descriptive, dark, and great! Edgar Allan Poe style like. If you like him, you'll love this! Enjoy!!

Very awesome story, superb twist--first Ambrose Bierce story I've read. It will not be my last.
