I read this book trying to understand living more mindfully in the present. I am a practicing follower of Jesus and found this book a useful supple toward that end. It was also helpful in allowing me a greater insight into eastern spiritual mindset and culture, which helps me feel more connected to 1st century Palestinian Christians.
