The book is great and educated!!! I'm studying in Conflict Management and Resolution while I'm a graduate student.

Excellent learning experience especially if you do not have a lot of experience in the negotiation field! Very informative and the replay value is also a good if you've highlighted key points hen reading through it when you want to come back and take a review or brush up on some skills!
