I purchased this same book for $1.99 and now I can't download it anymore. The publisher decided to remove the old version and put up the same exact book for over 3 times the cost.

Great ideas that parallel the original book with modern examples which intertwine the use of technology to reach people. Many similarities (and cited examples) of other leadership books I've read. Most commonalities across the board were treating people with dignity, respect and making them feel valued.

The sample text only contains two pages of the first chapter. Poor form for something listed in the new and noteworthy section.
