Never read a John Sandford till I read BadBlood. One of my favorite books and when ever I can I always recommend this one. Enjoyed the beginning and loved the ending. Awesomely written.

Very punchy. Without depth. For such a highly praised book it felt like a terrible B rated movie.

Definitely a "guy" book, but it was fast moving, and the narrator was very good.

This was truly a great read. The characters were well-developed, details connected in with previous books smoothly, and there were enough surprises to keep it interesting, without seeming contrived. I spent too much time, watching the page count go down, as I regrettably headed toward the end. The scary and sick details were selacious enough to be interesting, without sparking prurient curiosity. The story line flowed smoothly and logically, and the ending was not anti-climatic.
  • Not good.

Sorry, did not enjoy. The worst John Sanford book I've read.

Why did the price increase to $19.99 once the book went into paperback circulation?
