Nice plot and well written. Temp. Bones is one of the wonderful character and I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. Great Kathy keep them coming...

She hasn't lost her touch! Kathy Reichs writes yet another phenomenal Tempe novel full of mystery! The science is fascinating, and the plot is intriguing! Defintely a must-read. But all of her books are just that, must-reads.

I really love the show Bones, but enjoy Kathy's books more. I wish the tv version could be more like her books.

If you have read the rest of the series you know you need to read this to continue the tale of Temperance, for those new to the series you do not *need* the other books, but it does enrich the experience. This is a breeze and a pleasure of a read. Taking place in Maui, you can almost feel the surf as vividly as you can image the grisly horror of description only a leading Forensic Anthropologist can provide. If you need a quick read, a good murder mystery or just more "Bones" then this is your book!

Not her best, but enjoyed thoroughly, can't wait for the next one.

This particular book was more enjoyable to me than books she's written in the past, for some reason. It was easier to follow and more interesting.
