My first George Carlin experience was watching Jammin in NY on HBO when I was 10 or 11. I still remember the thrill of watching something with curse words for the first time and genuinely funny observations of us as human beings. Even at that young of an age, he was able to make me think and start to question and observe my surroundings more. The adjective that always describes such a person is: prolific. Which stands true and will always stand true. I hope that George Carlin lives on through our memories of him and that we pass down the works and pieces we've seen to the next generation so that they may be enlightened by him.

This man was a credit to his species. It's the book I wanted least to end, ever.

George Carlin was and is a huge influence on the way I view the world. Whenever I need an inspirational pep talk, I watch or listen to one of his live performances. On my Facebook account, for my "religion" I put George Carlin. I miss him so much. This book is a wonderful story of a wonderful Man's life.
