This book is such a helpful tool for everyone who needs to know how to take back control of your thoughts. I love how Joyce Meyers gives insightful tips and backs it up with scriptures. Then there's the questions in every passage and "power packages" in each chapter that you are to ask yourself, making it personal and how it applies to you. This is one book that I took my time reading, looking up scriptures and meditating on the chapters I read.
