Good read and detailed descriptions of the battle. Almost too much detail, but the horrors of old timey battle were well elaborated.

Differing from other Sharpe books, Waterloo is more a historical account than story. But, the story is still there. Very engrossing.

Great read. Like Horatio Hornblower only for an infantryman.
