    If you need a solid reminder of what's good for you, this is a good place to find it. I found the style to be too repetitive for my tastes, but it did inspire me to try to change a few bad habits for the better. An update six months later: My cholesterol has dropped another 60 points; it's now down a total of 80 points since I started. I've lost 13 pounds. My triglycerides have dropped 80 points, too. Best of all, I'm stronger, more fit, and my knees don't ache. Seems like Dr. Sears has hit things dead-on accurate! I still have many improvements I'm working on. But this turns out to be a book I come back to very frequently! Upping my rating from three stars to five.
