What a perfect finale for this much adored Hockey Hotties series! Albeit bittersweet, because I am not ready to say goodbye to this dreamy and entertaining rooster of hot athletes. Off Side with #55 captures everything that makes this series so addictive and charming. The fun antics, the magnetic romantic chemistry, and the delicious heat paired with real emotions, swoony moments, and unforgettably lovable characters. And even better, some of my favorite tropes come out to play in this final story! Piper Rayne truly saved the best for last- and the Hockey Hotties will certainly go down as one of my favorite PR series to date.

I have read many novels by Piper Rayne, so far this is my favorite. The storytelling in this is quite dynamic. I absolutely loved the team building retreat and all the images they drew there. The way they structured this story was perfect. It moved at the perfect pace and each scene was so rich with content that it plays more like a movie in your head as you read. Well done Piper Rayne and team! Thank you for all that you do!

Offsides with #55, the sixth, and final, book in the Hockey Hotties series by the wonderfully talented author duo Piper Rayne, ties up the series superbly with Kane and Jana’s arduous journey towards their HEA. Their challenges (they draw towards each other like polarized magnets one moment, then repel like those same magnets become polar opposites the next) are overshadowed by their unquestionable chemistry. Through their ebbs and flows they became more relatable and dynamic as a couple. With the authors’ trademark wickedly humorous, and rapid fire repartee, and smooth flowing dialog the story nearly turns the pages itself and ends way too quickly. This is one series where I have truly felt an emotional attachment to the players and their significant others…with their crossover reappearances in each other’s stories, that attachment was strongly more solidified. The is a series I’m saddened to see come to an end, but am also excited for the new one beginning with the first book featuring Lee Burrows, Kane younger brother…can’t wait. This ARC book was complimentary. I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

Kane and Jana’s friends with benefits relationship kept me invested in what would happen next with them. I liked how strong, steady, dependable and honest Kane was! He took care of everyone that was important to him and openly expressed his feelings without coercion or feeling as if he’d lose his manliness. Jana was also impressive. Her ambitious nature, drive to succeed, caring, compassionate spirit and competitiveness made her a force to be reckoned with. Together, Kane and Jana are unstoppable! Joe Arden and Melissa Moran brought the story to life with their fantastic narration! Overall I really enjoyed this story!!

Wow what a fantastic book to finish the Hockey Hotties series . This is Kane and Jana’s story and their finding love together . They had a few problems but ended up fixing anything that came up for love . I highly recommend this book and the series .

I loved Kane from the first book. So glad to finally get his steamy HEA. All the feels and I’m so sorry to see the end of this series!

I love Kane and was happy he was the last bachelor standing for the last book of the series. I honestly shed a tear that he was retiring! I was hoping that maybe once she got her own book, I’d come to love Jana. While that didn’t happen, I did understand her better and though she grew up a bit, my loyalty was with Kane throughout the story. So the conflict near the end…I’m kinda sad that it was resolved the way it was, but happy in another way. I could explain it more fully, but it would ruin it for others. Make sure you grab the bonus epilogue though…because that is gold! It makes having to leave this team much more sweet than bitter!

I loved this entire series of Hockey romance! But these two put the icing on the cake! Kane and Jana story was so fun and cute to read! These two were definitely worth waiting to read about! From beginning to end their love for one another was so strong despite the little hiccups of having children! It definitely felt like I could relate to their emotions in a way! Definitely my favorites! Love that Piper Rayne saved these two for last!

The Hockey Hotties series has been so much fun, I am sorry to see it end. Throughout the series, we have been teased with what has been going on between Kane Burrows, elder statesman of the team, and Jana Gerhardt, daughter of the owner. Well this book starts with Kane retiring from the team as a player and being made Head Coach of the Florida Fury. The same night that he is announced as the new coach, the owner also hands over the reigns to the team to his daughter, Jana. Looks like their previous casual relationship got a lot more complicated. Great way to end the series. I received an ARC of this book for my honest opinion.

What a wonderful end to the series, this time featuring Kane, the older player on the team who has captured my heart throughout because he's so reliable and dependable- a true leader. I've loved him throughout the series and while I did feel like this book made him and Jana, the daughter and eventual owner of the team, a little more juvenile in behavior, after about the half way point, they both became the characters I loved. Witty banter, revisits to our favorite players from this series, and overall, a feeling of family and you have a fun sports romance to end this series. I also had the opportunity to listen to the audiobook, narrated by Joe Arden and Melissa Moran. Both are amazing. Of course, Joe Arden with his smooth voice was perfectly cast for Kane's role. and Melissa Moran has a beautiful distinctive voice with excellent pacing and fantastic timing. They definitely brought this story to life!
