It’s nice to be able to put words to what I’ve been experiencing as it’s so hard to explain to people. Thank you so much for sharing your experience and knowledge.

This book was very eye opening and validating to read! Simple and quick. I recommend to anyone who is looking for further understanding into their CPTSD especially if your parent(s) are narcissists

Physical wounds are easy to see and defend. But we, most often unknowingly, get talked out of our psychological wounds most of the time, which just perpetuates the said wounds. This book is brilliant. It perfectly explains the experience of psychological tampering and abuse, and the knots that are created in our heads because of the trauma. If you want to detangle your mind, or have understanding and compassion about the scapegoat experience, this is all you need. I’m so grateful this book exists.
