American refugee camp director Jennifer Allen meets the breathtakingly handsome crown prince of San Rimini Prince Antony, who’s just another superficial media hog. Or is he? Antony has been under pressure from his father the king, and the media has been writing its own story. Things are not always as they seem. This was a fun, lighter read. It was enjoyable watching Jennifer and Antony learn about each other and overturn the assumptions they had about each other, fall in love, and figure out how to overcome obstacles between the prince and the commoner. I recommend Going to the Castle, and gave it a 3/5, because I liked the book, especially as I was reading it. It was a good distraction at the end of an annoying day, and not too deep. I don’t have any burning desire to read it again. Disclaimer: I was provided an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
