I really enjoyed this holiday read centered around Christmas. Catherine is a widow and learns her kids have made plans for Christmas, that don’t include her. Denise, her best friend, invites her on a Christmas cruise. Sierra booked the cruise for her husband, Mark, and her, but he says he can’t get away from work. Sierra asks her sister, Sophie, to go with her. I won’t leave any spoilers, but I will say this is a delightful read that had me laughing in parts, crying in others, and cheering at the end.
