This book is exactly what it advertises. It was a very cozy read. At times I took a break because it could feel mundane, and slow, but that’s simply because I’m used to reading overly dramatic thriller and mystery books and this is not that, although, there are still many twists and turns. Th ending wasn’t as shocking as I thought, but I had to finish and find out anyway, and I am happy I did.

I love a cozy mystery and this doesn’t fail. Looking forward to spending some more time with Lacey in the rest of the series!

Lots of red herrings and surprises. Little is as it appears!

I really enjoyed this book. I got it awhile ago but I was t I to read much just because I had lost the touch of it awhile ago but since I have been getting back into reading this was a good switch from the other genres. I enjoyed that it kept me thinking about who did what.

It limps in a couple spots, but great fun overall…

It hooked me on page one and I couldn’t put it down!

Great to read a story with no xxx sex scenes and no vulgar language. Always sad that a murder takes place but good to see the murder solved. Thank you.
