I want to buy this book but can only get a sample with no way to unlock and buy the rest. Very bad user interface.

I bought this book and only 1% was downloaded. All recipes after breakfast are locked. so I paid for a recipe book that will not allow use of any of the recipes. I would love a refund or at least get my WHOLE book!
