Loved this book. The sisters though different work well together. Everything was just perfect. Was a different concept of a story then I’ve ever read before. Was the kind of book I’d want to be a series. Didn’t want it to end. But, don’t think it lends itself to that at all. Highly recommend.

This sweet summer story is about the Somerset sisters, Autumn & Ember, who are wonderful, hard-working and caring with their love of animals and saving them from the cruelty of others. Each having their own obstacles to overcome, they each do so with ferocity & determination of women who find themselves in love with two amazing men... Will they find the love of their lives or will it end after the summer heat that fizzles out? Either way, you’ll enjoy the sizzling heat of this ride... 😉 I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Awesome book. It’s very heartwarming, loved the family dynamics of Autumn and her sister Ember and how they take care of their parents. We get a dual romance with all points of view given. Did have some tears when Ember opens up to Mike. Loved how Autumn falls for Tash and his daughter Sadie. It’s such a great book and I loved feeling so connected. I voluntarily read an advanced readers copy and I highly recommend this book.

Ice cream makes the world go round! This is a fabulous story of love, life, laughter and finding the joy in simple things. Lori Foster has a way of making her stories so real and true to life. We all have issues be them self esteem, bad decisions or just plan bad luck and her stories always seem to help put them in perspective.

First off I love how the sisters are so close to each other. Family takes care of family. Autumn is resigned to being alone until hunky Tash moves back into town. Autumn always had a crush on him and imagine when Tash is now looking back at her. Tash is trying to make a new life with his daughter Sadie. He is determined to make sure Sadie knows she is loved and wanted always. Meeting Autumn now wasn’t in the cards or was it? Autumn I immediately connects with Sadie and slowly these three become the family they all crave. On the side you get her sister Ember and Mike’s story. Once they communicated things began to fall into place. Lori Foster never disappoints and I always look forward to her next book

This is a story about sisters and how you may not always agree with them but you have each others back no matter what is going on. Autumn and Ember have one of those relationships that spans a lifetime of up and downs. Autumn gets reacquainted with a old friend and his daughter and the sparks fly. Ember has suffered hurt and is hesitant to let Mike know that she is interested and scared. There parents are comic relief and the entire story is entertaining and a great read. If you love animals and sisters this is your story.

Great characters. Sisters, Autumn and Ember, so different yet so close. Really enjoyed how this story all came together and played out. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy from NetGalley.
