I always loved good second chances.

The happy ending balanced the sadness of the story. I enjoyed reading this story and the characters. Although the story was sad, there’s a happy ending. I am glad that the author wrote it and created awareness about child predators and rape. Not all children live a happy childhood. Great read.

It’s really good to read a well written book with a great story line without having to skirt around a lot of swear words and explicit sex! Good story great characters.

This book definitely deals with some difficult subjects. However there seems to be a balance of not hyper fixating or glossing over those subjects.
