I hope there are more books to come in this series. The author has left many cliffhangers in various books that need to be expanded on. The story line for the series is good, still haven’t been fulfilled. Awaiting the next one.

Reading this series is always a pleasure. Sardaan’s story is no exception! I really like Sardaan. He wants to help the young warriors from poor families. They are treated like disposable warriors: fodder for the battlefield. Dani is superbly well-trained, able to maximize the impact of her small size with techniques. When her loved ones are threatened, her options are limited. Great reading, interesting characters, an engrossing story.
