Great book! I really loved the ending.

I’m a huge horror movie buff and this was my first go at a horror book. I’ve read many thrillers but there is something more eerie and resonant with The Whisper Man. Unpredictable at many points and does not patronize with a cliche storyline. Loved this book!

Absolutely terrifying! This book kept me up at night. It was a quick read I enjoyed the pace of the book. Will definitely read more books by this author.

A scary book I could not put down until I knew the ending. Actions speak louder than words, and this book demonstrated the powerful influences for good or evil that fathers ( or mothers ) have on their children. Loved Pete, Tom, and Jake but Frank Carter was repulsive. Francis was also a monster, but also a victim. Every domestic violence victim should read this if uncertain about whether to leave an abusive relationship- especially when there are children. The harm is immeasurable.

Loved this book. It really got under my skin, especially at night. My only complaint was that it is slightly slow, but it is written well and kept me interested even through the slower parts.

This is the most horrifying novel I think I have ever read. No chapter in any book I have ever read has scared me as much as Chapter 21. The fact that I also have some experiences in common with Tom Kennedy was especially unnerving. I highly recommend this novel.

Nice read, though it was more mystery than thriller

Well written. Suspenseful. Appreciated the father/son relationship and the quirky house.
