This series is still the most funny thing you will read this summer. This book, told from Yaya’s point of view provides some answers to the on going mystery of Mark’s death, and whatever the senior Davenports are up to. A night or two in jail for Yaya, a still hidden Kitty and the break in at the Comic Store with Gambino connects, and an injured henchman that suddenly has amnesia. This books adds so much to this series. I can’t wait for more books!

The Loon: Yaya is the third in the CRD series. Please read this series from the beginning to get the full effect of the craziness. The Loon is Yaya’s story and like the other episodes this one will make you laugh and have you fanning yourself at the same time. Yaya’s sad and disturbing childhood is revealed to us in this episode, and it throws light upon the hows and whys of how her mind works. We also get a glimmer of just how special Max and her relationship truly is. I like the way the author is developing Max’s character, both as a husband and as a father to Lucy. There are so many things that we still don't know: -What happen in Daisy’s past? -What is Frankie? -Is Cowboy Troy a good-guy? -Is Cash a good-guy? -What was Mark involved in? All these questions are killing me, but they also keep me reading. Lets not forget the completely hilarious antics, my favorite being Mixer Monday, OMG, I was laughing out loud reading that! Now for the B I G bombshell, Mark left Lucy a videotape….What was on the tape? Nope not going to tell! Enjoy!! ***I kindly received an ARC of this book by way of Booksprout. I was not contacted, asked or required to leave a review in order to read this book. I received no compensation, financial or otherwise. This is my honest review.*** I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
