This booked has helped me in so many ways. I’m finished reading, but will continue to use the tools learned to help heal my life, for the rest of my life. We all deserve the best lives imaginable and this book tells you how to do it.

This was actually my first book as I started a new hobby and it was a great choice! I give it a 10/10 because it made me let go of a lot of trauma and it actually made me cry!! If you want to read a book that helps you see things differently I recommend. It honestly helped me release, I’m not 100% healed from my experiences but it definitely helped me take a few steps forward!
