It has a fair amount of outdated information, and probably more in depth discussions of some topics than the average investing novice cares for, but it has a lot of great insight, and useful modern commentary on his ideas. Definitely a worthwhile read if you're interested in investing.

This book is a must read for anybody interested in investments. You do not have to be a guru in finance to understand its principles, but some prior knowledge of corporate accounting and finance will definitely make its reading easier. It is recommended by Warren Buffet, and actually he says that it is the best book on investments ever written, so I need to say no more.

Value investing is an important skill to have, and Graham's explanation of his investing practices should be the foundation of any trader. Do not get fooled by horoscope readers who try to tell you what a stock is going to do based on their charts. These people are frauds. Graham will explain when to invest in a company, when to get out of a company, and basic principles which will allow you to invest smartly. You may not get the largest returns investing this way, but if you are looking for steady investment growth over time with less risk, he will explain everything for you.
