It was honestly a pretty good book. But, I love the Disney movie so much and completely changing the story line was a bit hard for me to accept. Also, the romance in it between Wolfgang and Mulan was extremely frustrating lol because she just would not accept him. Which I understand why she didn’t but it made me want to scream at Mulan which I didn’t like cause Mulan has been my favorite Disney princess for my whole life.♥️😂

The Warrior Maiden is a beautiful addition to the Hagenheim Series. This books builds on previous characters in the series, but definitely stands on its own. The characters of Mulan and Wolfgang are both excellent, and as always Melanie’s romance is wholesome and God-honoring. Probably one of the most unique books in her series due to Mulan’s background and character, The Warrior Maiden has all of the classic elements of Melanie Dickerson’s work, while providing a new and fresh contrast to previous works. Would highly recommend!! I loved every minute of it.

The book was amazing and I enjoyed most of it. The book was not my favorite in the series because I didn’t get to see much of the original characters. I loved Wolfgang’s character, though. I didn’t get to see much of him in the previous books. All I remember about him was that he and Steffan would make fun of Margaretha. I totally loved it, and the second it was published, I had to purchase it. I hope there are more additions to this awesome series. I can’t wait to read them. 😊
