Debbie Macomber has always been one of my favorite authors. I love her books and have read most of them. This book did not disappoint, it is a very good read and I enjoyed it very much!

This is obviously one of Debbie Macomber’s very early books. Her characters are so totally juvenile that I didn’t like either of them. Usually her characters are well drawn & feel like someone you’d like to know. These 2main characters are people I’d run a mile to get away from. The plot, such as it was, could have been dreamed up by a 15 year old. Skip this one.

A sweet story of two life long friends who can’t seem to find someone to love. Jaime, the woman decides she wants a baby and asks her friend Rich to donate his sperm for artificial insimination. He agrees but insists they marry because he wants to be the legal father. The story is full of misunderstanding between the two, but they do come to realize they love each other. Still it doesn’t go smoothly and never confess their real feelings. One of the funniest parts is when they are forced to tell their respective families their decision. A clean romance.
