  • Good read

I thought this was a good book. It kept me guessing. Unfortunately it didn’t seem to answer anything in the end. Felt left wide opened. Maybe there will be a sequel. Otherwise I enjoyed it.

Unable to put it down. Fun and fast paced.

Overall fantastic book! A few minor questions unanswered at the end, but this book was hard to put down once they “found what was in the water” - very well thought-out!
  • Main character is an idiot

At every turn the main character makes stupid choices leaving the reader cringing
  • Good end

This book was a bit hard for me to get into. Possibly because it seemed so unrealistic. But as I kept reading, the better this book seemed to get. I was very satisfied with the end.
  • It was OK

Pretty predictable in certain circumstances and not believable in others. (Who doesn’t know their spouse’s phone number?!) I kept reading, hoping for suspense but then it just ended. Pass on this one.
  • Page turner

The book was suspenseful and kept me reading. But the ending….I was so confused that I reread the last two chapters to be sure I didn’t miss anything. Maybe it’s open for a sequel…
  • Extremely unlikeable main character

It took me a long time to get through this book because the main character is so unlikable that I’d take frequent breaks or go days without reading. Skip it.
  • Really. Really?

The first-person narrator never misses a chance to make a dumb decision at every turn in the book. Completely unbelievable and unlikeable and yet you know she will somehow survive to tell the tale. On more than one occasion, I actually wished she wouldn’t.
  • A stay up late page turner

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The characters are believable and even the bad guys eerily likable. The door is open to a sequel. What was the favor Eddie wanted?
